Reservations
In order to make a reservation it is necessary to prepay the cost of 1 - 3 nights (depending on the total scheduled nights of stay) by credit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card or Diners).

Cancellations
The prepaid amount is fully returned or it may be used for a future reservation, if a reservation is cancelled:

- Three (3) weeks prior to scheduled arrival in high season,
- Two (2) weeks prior to scheduled arrival in mid season, or
- One (1) week prior to scheduled arrival in low season.

In case of no-show, the client is charged with 50% of the total cost of stay.
